RETURN & WARRANTY POLICIES
We guarantee that this product is free from any defects in manufacturing or materials when used normally. We offer a Limited Lifetime Repair Service and 2 Year Warranty (free maintenance provided within 2 years). For products that need to be repaired after 2 years of purchase, we still provide repair services, which require a certain fee.
We are responsible for all defects determined to be from manufacturing or materials under normal usage. Damage (s) caused by users are not included in this warranty. If your waders fail due to a defect in manufacturing or materials, and this defect is confirmed by us, then we will attempt to repair them. If a repair is not possible, we will replace your waders with a new one. If waders are not available, we may issue a refund for the full purchase price of the original waders at our discretion.
No Refunds on worn waders that is not defective, we only refund if the original wader is still brand new in the box.
We exchange defective waders that the manufacturer defective parts.
Examples of defects covered under the limited warranty:
seam integrity issues (including leaks or seam tape delamination, if present), zipper failures ( if present), boot separations, stitching failures, shoulder strap failures, and belt buckle malfunction.
Damages Not Covered Under Limited Warranty:
Any damage due to customers' improper use will not be covered by this warranty, such as using in substances other than water; modifications; unauthorized repair; wear and tear; or external causes beyond our control such as accidents or abuse. Examples of failures not covered by our limited warranty include accidents involving nails, sharp objects on boats, pressure washers, rabbit hunts through briar patches, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time. Cosmetic or incidental damage is also not covered.
